General
By making a booking or using this website you accept these terms and conditions. Please read them before booking any of our services, as they set out the rights and obligations of the customer and of Tour en Marruecos.
Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once we receive the deposit and send you a confirmation by email or WhatsApp.
Payment
To confirm a booking we ask for a deposit of 20% of the total price. The balance is paid on the first day of the tour, unless another arrangement has been agreed. We accept cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), bank transfer and cash (EUR, USD and MAD).
Changes to your booking
If you want to change the date, the itinerary or any other part of your booking, let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the changes, subject to availability.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel your booking at any time by email or WhatsApp. Refund conditions depend on the type of tour and how far in advance we receive the cancellation; we confirm them in writing when we confirm your booking.
Exceptional circumstances
In cases of force majeure (extreme weather, natural disasters, conflicts, government restrictions or other situations beyond our control) we may change the itinerary, change the date or cancel the service to keep travellers safe.
Travel insurance
We recommend travel insurance covering cancellations, accidents, medical care and lost luggage.
Documents
Each traveller is responsible for carrying a valid passport, a visa if required and any other document needed to enter Morocco.
Itinerary changes
For reasons of weather, safety or decisions by the authorities, some routes or activities may change without notice.
Accommodation
If a planned accommodation is not available, we will offer another of a similar or higher category at no extra cost.
Transport
Our vehicles are air-conditioned and driven by experienced professionals. We stop as needed to rest, eat and enjoy the views.
Luggage
Each traveller may bring one suitcase and one small backpack. For the desert night, pack only what you need in your backpack.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must respect the schedule, follow the instructions of the driver or guide and take care of the vehicle and accommodation.
Personal belongings
Tour en Marruecos is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings during the trip.
Data protection
We treat your personal data confidentially according to our privacy policy. We only share it with third parties when necessary to provide the booked service (for example, accommodation).
Intellectual property
The texts, photos, logos and designs of tourenmarruecos.com are protected and may not be used without prior written permission.
